A deeply relaxing guided meditation
Gentle Reiki healing
A soothing immersive sound journey
Angel card guidance
Optional calming head massage with beautiful aromatic oils

Mats and eye masks are provided. Please bring your own cushion and blanket so you can cocoon yourself in comfort.
