Summer Sound Bath Session
Join Laura Rose Holistics for a nature-inspired sound bath, held in the beautiful Lakeside Marquee here at Bents.
The session will be themed around the nature surrounding us, using crystal singing bowls and soft, calming instruments to create a soothing soundscape. These sessions are designed with beginners in mind, so whether it’s your first time or you’ve joined before, you’ll feel welcome.
This is time to rest, switch off, and simply be.
Date: Tuesday 16th June
Time: 7pm-8pm
Location: Lakeside Marquee
Ticket price: £18
What is a sound bath?
A sound bath is a chance to rest while being gently immersed in sound. You’ll be lying down or sitting comfortably as the instruments are played around you, creating soft layers of sound that help the body relax and the mind slow down. There’s nothing you need to do, just get comfortable and allow yourself to rest.
Benefits
Many people leave feeling deeply relaxed and more grounded. Sound baths can help to calm the nervous system, quiet a busy mind, and support better sleep. For some, it’s simply a rare chance to pause and have an hour to themselves.
What to expect
A warm, relaxed and welcoming space
A short, guided relaxation to help you settle
A full sound bath using crystal bowls and gentle instruments
Time to rest deeply and recharge
Who it’s for
Age 16 plus. Suitable for beginners and we welcome both female and male participants. No experience needed.
What to bring
Mats will be provided. Please wear warm, comfortable clothing and bring a pillow and a blanket so you can fully relax.
Note before booking
Sound baths are very gentle and suitable for most people, but there are a couple of things to be aware of.
These sessions aren’t suitable during the first trimester of pregnancy. If you’re further along, you’re very welcome to join, just make sure you’re comfortable and supported throughout.
Sound Baths are also not suitable if you are suffering with tinnitus, meniere's disease, sound sensitive epilepsy or use a pacemaker.
During the session, you’re always encouraged to listen to your body. You can adjust your position, take a break, or step out at any point if you need to.
